What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing includes consultation, product shopping and labeling at project sites. Jobs will have additional costs for organizational products. Additional Pricing that you could see in a job are the following, all approved by the client before moving forward. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Receive inquiry, work through questions and answers, provide quote, sign contract, order products, book date(s), receive deposit and complete project(s). We offer and suggest follow up appointments based on clients requests. For job times we typically work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, but can adjust timing based on clients needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our team is currently working on their CPO, we are an active member of NAPO and NAPO-DFW and we are also on the NAPO-DFW current board.
What types of customers have you worked with?Organizing small to very large homes, storage units, office spaces (even hair salons), completed moves for offices, various size homes and assisted living centers. We can help purge or downsize based on clients needs. We have also work with clients that have ADD and ADHD.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?The cost of hiring a professional organizer sometimes seems at a high cost to people, but it is a hard, labor intensive but very satisfying job and 100% of the time the outcome changes the clients lives for the better! Better systems = a better you!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?Do you have a budget in mind? Have you done any research? What space(s) are you looking to have completed? Are you going to be hands on with your Professional organizer or leaving most of that up to them? Do you have a vision? If using products, do you have an esthetic in mind? Is everyone in your space on board with the new exciting changes? Changes can be hard!
